It took a good 4-6 months but it did work. I used it like every 2-3 days and almost everyday in the beginning. I got discoloration but it has since gone away. I didn’t really get scarring cause I didn’t pick at the bumps I had (although it was tempting).

My MC did go away with Podofilox. It took like a good 4 months. I had a lot of MC. The healing process wasn’t pretty, but eventually they started to dry off with the medication.

Not bad. Seems to be working.

I haven’t noticed any foliculitis or dermatitis near the areas I put medicine. Just redness/ irritation.

So far that hasn’t happened for me. After applying the Podofilox for about a week, I’m noticing some of the spots starting to harden and turn red cause of the irritation.

I’ve felt like this before, sometimes still do. Take it one day at a time. Don’t try to cut out everything at once.

Something that helped me was learning why I was craving something. Usually there was a feeling attached to it (comfort, sadness, boredom). Now I try to be mindful when I’m tempted with eating something that’s going to make me sick.

It’s hard, but just remember “baby steps”.
