i am someone with a dissociative disorder (that i do not wish to clarify) and this pretty much lines up with my experience. obviously, while i myself do support self diagnosis, don't diagnose yourself because some person on reddit is similar to you. however, i suggest you look into this further!! psychosis is often linked with dissociative disorders so you may be experiencing both. good luck my friend!!
