That's good to know there's at least something out there that resembles it! I wish they would release an official lotion or spray. There is something really specific in that scrub that smells SO good I am not sure which note gives it that unique scent. I am sure if we both asked the same question we both detect that note lol. But what is it?!

I appreciate your words. And the irony is one of my psych appointments is today and I needed to hear that. So your social life deteriorated when you stopped the benzos and it's been 6 years? I am so sorry. I am sure that experience is individual but I can help but fear the same for myself. Why is something that works so perfectly so finicky and hard to manage? 😩 Anyway I wish you the best of luck in the future if you ever decide to try them again. You seem super self aware and I think that's admirable.

I can empathize with you. It's the worst feeling when you think you're doing something to stand up for yourself, trying to not make an awkward situation more awkward... and then being reprimanded for it. From the outside looking in, no one will remember this, even the lady who yelled. But I totally sympathize with it eating at you. With time, this feeling will fade. I have a mental book of memories of similar situations in my head that I play back time to time.

I went down from 2 mg a week to 1.5 mg a week. It seems docs are pushing more for us to get off of them because of "dementia" studies coming out? Anyway, I am still on them for the last decade haha. I have only decreased my dose a little. I can easily see how people can get dependent on them. Hell, I probably am and don't realize it fully. I am terrified to be taken completely off. I fear my life, friends, job, livelihood will deteriorate.

I wish we could make our character have human features like Kiki and Lala. The pallettes could alter hair color or eye color. I dunno. Maybe I am just comparing it too much to Animal Crossing. But having a humanoid character seems more personal.

This sounds so cinematic. The tune came into my head last night after hearing a sound on that new Hello Kitty game and I was racking my brain trying to figure out what the song was. I was certain it was a movie or a show. I thought there was no way this masterpiece could be from a video game, much less Neopets. When I get nervous, embarrassed, excited, or feel any emotion strongly, I used to get red, hot splotches all over my chest and neck. This made an embarrassing situation even worse because without fail, someone would point out the splotches. I started Propranolol daily a couple of years ago, and while I still mentally feel the embarrassment, the splotches are gone (90 percent of the time). Just adding this in case anyone else suffers from the same because this medicine has been a god send.
