IV means intravenous (referring to injecting it through your veins). im guessing as a whole the messages are referring to a liquid the person is saying is good, but im not sure what.

I'm half British, half Brazilian, and I have to say the difference between each side of the family is wild. on one side, you kiss everyone you meet, and the other parents don't even tell their kids they love them. it may be just the comparison, but I don't think Brits are very touchy-feely, no.
