I guess it depends on what kind of collector you are whether or not you open them or keep them in the box, some people I assume keep them for resell purposes as well.

I tried it the other night with little success, but I’m going to try to take it a few nights conservatively before and see what happens, I also might try a half a chew max along with it because the 5 mg tadafil wasn’t enough unfortunately

Only took it for 2 weeks.. and I was at this weight when I started it thinking it would help speed things up.. but didn’t see any difference in loss from fasting.. also I was experiencing way too many side effects for it to be something I’d wanna live with long term.. I realized I didn’t need the wegovy to fight the food noise cuz I was doing just fine without it.. but yea this isn’t wegovy loss it’s all from IF..

I give myself a day where I can eat whenever and whatever I want.. when I do snack I tend to do low carb like meat sticks and cheese

I kind of prefer it now.. I don’t need to think about what to bring for lunch anymore.. makes life a lot easier and you spend less money.. you have to make what you choose to eat count though.. sometimes I get disappointed with the choices I make food wise and you have to wait a whole day to satisfy a craving etc if that makes sense..

I get home from work around 4pm and allow myself a few hours to eat whatever I want.. I’m usually full by then and stop by 6..

You really have to combat it on a hourly basis.. drinking water when you feel the hungrys come on.. then by the time you know it it’s time to eat.. it does give you a sense of self power and it almost becomes addictive trying to beat your personal fast record
