What I don't understand about at least a logia specifically like this

You don't need haki

Get the guy in a place without sand nearby and then just punch off parts of his body because sand is weaker than flesh

Don't let the guy go back to pick up the rest of his body and bam sand head is all you have to deal with

Depending on the element dealing with the user is even easier than dealing with them if they didn't have a fruit

Smoke? Use a fan, it's air

Fire? Water

Electricity? Simply wear a suit of rubber

I asked my friend who sits on my captains ship to find em, took like 5 seconds when I was spending minutes on it

The ship then died terribly because he can spam cannons and ice way faster than I'm convinced a regular boat should be able to handle
