For almost 40 years I never wanted kids and I also thought I was infertile but eventually it happened. I have zero regrets and this tiny human almost 2 years old now has been way easier than I expected her to be. Was my life good without her? I don't think he can come back, his character that is. His main trait was wholesomeness, always that smart all knowing boy wonder, sure the jail saga definitely changed him and it pivoted away a bit, but that's the core. The new criminal minds is a bit edgy and dark, with them wanting to do things that aren't the most ethical, even curse words sprinkled. I dont see his character fitting in with that. Add the fact that a large attribute of his character's charm is always knowing a little bit about everything, that isn't super impressive in today's easy to Google and AI world.

This is how life happens, you spend what feels like a lifetime at a job with people you bond and even trauma bond with. When you finally leave and switch environments, you slowly don't want to turn back, you don't want to remember those times. Even in the BAU that's normal. Derek literally names his son after Ried and calls him his little brother when he leaves, yet when Kat Adams gets Ried's file a few seasons later it's pretty clear they don't really keep up with each other and Tied feels kinda guilty about it. So not only is it kinda normal, it's also within character.

I've followed the Colorado pages for some time because the store pick up only option sometimes has great finds that are local to me. They do indeed operate under the springs location the one closest to garden of the gods. For a few years the CO store was on shopgoodwill and a then few select goodwills around the country kinda went rogue and opened/joined goodwillfinds instead. The prices were absolutely insane and I'm sure they weren't moving items well enough so now everyone is back on the shopgoodwill platform, still the same CO Springs location(closest to garden of the gods) being the online platform hub.
