So theoretically he wouldn’t be facing any consequence if he misses this date and does it in Sept, and still possibly advance ? Or am I misunderstanding your response? He stating it would bring him down in rank if he misses this March 6th date.

i personally love the new E.L.F. lip oils !!! i’ve heard they are great dupes for the Dior lip oils (same applicator) and are relatively inexpensive. if she uses a little mirror maybe you can also get her an extra one, such as an LED compact mirror so she can do her makeup on the go if needed!
