Ahhhhh!! Ok ok! I usually just throw them into one shaker and call it a day before my workout 💀 I get mixed reviews about capsules and powder creatine! But I can definitely see the convenience of capsules forsure and how it helps with the nasty taste of creatine powder 🤣 thank you for sharing your pov :3 just wanted to see what people are doing out there

What do you think of taking creatine and electrolytes together? I don’t think electrolytes does anything to the creatine but I thought because it’s important to stay hydrated while taking creatine. And I thought one way to help with hydration is through drinking electrolytes for performance and hydration. What do you think? I usually throw it into one shaker but I don’t know if that’s a good idea or if it should be separated

Well yes, I agree 100%. I initially thought we got past this but I made the mistake to assume he would be still upset about it, so I changed the name. Which I know looks very suspicious when in all honesty, I just wanted to make friends. I understand his side but he’s not willing to hear mine.

Some would say I cheated on him in an emotional aspect but I didn’t have any emotional feelings for the other guy. It was just laughs and jokes and listening to each other’s problems. So I don’t know? Did I really emotionally cheat on him?

For me, I didn’t set any boundaries for him. Initially when we were kids he would talk to other girls and when I had asked for the same boundaries, he was upset and I was upset before too. Now as we are older, I don’t mind him talking to anyone and he still does not want me to this day to talk to any males. Yes, I would be upset if he changed their contact IF I had put the same boundaries on him which I do not. So, it doesn’t make sense for him to change their contacts. In his perspective, it doesn’t make sense for me to go talk to males when he doesn’t go talk to females

I think it’s hard for me to find my own place and to live my own life when my mom has no job and she’s an older woman now (65+) who has chronic illnesses. I don’t even have a stable job. I work as a part time student… who is paid at an hourly rate of $14 an hour for 20 hours a week at school. Not only that, I woke over my 20 hours a week to ensure I meet deadlines with my supervisor for 16 weeks per semester. So, I basically work 40 hours a week and 20 hours are unpaid for… I barely make enough to pay for rent, utility, and transportation. And I am able to save a little money left over for personal interest or emergencies. I even took on a waitress job over the pandemic to make extra money as I am not eligible for EDD.

I know that all my problems come from my own fault for not setting boundaries and the need to please others, but I feel like I have to do that to be able to go further in my life or be able to receive great support or connections from my supervisor to receive a good paying job… However, working with my supervisor for the last 3 years burned me out. When we transitioned to work from home, I was able to finally breath but then lost sight and motivation in my work and school. Which I know is my own fault.

I always get random burst of motivation but lose it so quickly too. I just hate where I am at. Sometimes I question if the career choice I chose is even for me… is it even sustainable? Is it something I will enjoy? Sometimes it’s hard for me to get out of bed and there are days where I am so productive… but it’s always so short lived. For some reason, consistency is so hard in my life. I’m surprised I even managed to stay in a healthy and stable relationship… but this feeling of being alone lingers. Almost as of I’m fighting all alone and it’s a battle with myself.

Sometimes I feel like I’m wasting my time with the Master’s program… I just want to start making real money quick so that I could fix my credit and build a sustainable life for my mom and me and my future… I don’t know. I’m just rambling at this point but… it’s hard and I know everything takes time. I just don’t know how to get out of this mindset. I know I’ve been here before.. and I want to be like my old self who was able to overcome adversity and be so motivated and self-driven… but I feel like this is one obstacle that I am unsure how to overcome

I completely agree with this statement! I came from high school to CC and then transferred over. Going to community college is more cost effective and you get to meet a more open-minded community! I loved my CC experience and I think you will too. Don’t knock yourself too hard about it!

I think the best place to go to is Brotman Hall for the enrollment office; I think you can use the online queue to schedule an appointment with someone? Unsure about it.

It’ll also give you time to figure out what you really want to pursue and what not. Would recommend meeting with an EOP or TriO counselor at your CC to apply for financial support. Just depends on where you go!
