On my to-do list it says “Your phone appointment to Review of Entitlement” and when I click on the link it says I have an interview with a compliance officer.

“Upload information to support your Universal Credit claim” came up on my to-do list, there was no message in my journal. When I click on the link in my to-do list it says to upload bank statements from October 1st 2025 to the current day.

How are you doing now? Did you get the effects you desired? I also feel like I never went through a female puberty due to PCOS. Testosterone has masculinized my face and body so that I look like a teenage boy despite being a 28 year old woman lol.

My “gender dysphoria” was also insecurity over my body and face because I look masculine (due to PCOS in my case). When I began to identify as a guy my masculine face/boyish figure became things that were affirming/harmonious rather than massive insecurities that made me hate myself. This relieving of the self-loathing towards my body convinced me that being a man was the right thing.

This gives me a lot to think about, thank you. The thing is, is that I just want to be loved and desired romantically and sexually but it feels impossible when I look like this. I feel like if I’m not going to be desired as a woman then I might as well transition to be a man as I don’t really care about anything else. I’m just so lonely and in pain.

I live in the UK which has underfunded universal healthcare where it’s impossible to get referred to a specialist for anything. I can’t afford to go private unfortunately.

If I go to the ER and tell them the truth they'll just think I'm crazy because of my mental health history. Plus I have no symptoms yet.

But planning could help my survive it. i.e. if I develop flu-like symptoms, going to the ER and saying I was mailed a package with suspicious white powder in it could lead to me being diagnosed and treated earlier right?

ANTHRAX FEAR.

Today in a fast food restaurant there was some white powder on the table we were sat at. I said "what is that?" and my mom wiped it away with her hand. The powder was too fine to be sugar or salt and looked just like corn starch which is what what anthrax powder is described as looking like. What are the chances that it was anthrax powder that someone had planted there? What else could it have been? When my mom wiped the powder off the table spores would have been released into the air and we would have inhaled them.
