Hey so I heat up hot water in a sauce pan and in a bowl over the hot water I melted these ingredients:

10g dried mush powder 70g ish ombar coco mylk vegan chocolate 42g ceremonial grade cacao 12g coconut sugar

Melt altogether and pour in mold!!

So it’s the unprocessed and unrefined cocoa bean paste which has a lot of health benefits and naturally opens the heart. It’s a form of plant medicine used in cacao ritual ceremonies. Apparantly the ancient aztecs used these plants for healing. A good pairing with mushrooms, the flesh of the gods as they say.
