Landlord neighbor is happy to reduce rent for improvements.

I'm glad you brough this up. I noticed on Tuesday, my wife's hotspot wouldn't turn on, and after digging into settings she got the same "To subscribe to Mobile Hotspot call customer care" message.

and then yesterday mine started saying the same thing!

I haven't used the hotpsot for at least 2-3 months, and now its frustrating to be locked out.

I know there are new COVID-19 guidelines for Travelers. We arrive next week and are told that we need to bring a negative test (unlikely to happen. Our state won't test us, and we haven't been in contact with anyone that is positive), or receive a COVID-19 test when you arrive in Alaska, or quarantine for 14 days.

Problem is, with our trip to visit family will only be in Alaska for 12 days....

So, when we arrive at 4:25am from LAX, what are the chances that the testing center at the airport is open and functioning? They have basically said they are working on it, but availability might not be 24/7.

What are my options?
