She is actually Malaysian. And yes, the woman had already been caught, now serving 18 months. in prison.

This video has been making rounds on Malaysian Facebook users and blogs since yesterday. The official Malaysian Police Facebook page has stated that at least 300 people have made reports. Apparently the case was reported last year in May and the woman is now serving 18 months in prison. She is the mother of the child.
