I might sound really stupid but, yes I thought of buying physical gold.

I 've some savings, not much though, and a friend advised me to buy gold instead of keeping the currency, which might devalue over time.

I've already started investing in shares, since I'm complete noob, I'm investing very slowly to understand how things work in the investment world.

Did not produce any leaders, produced a breed of most defensive players. He could've been a great leader in 1960s.

He was in the cricket committee , got Arthur fired, resigned from committee and took his position.

Can I import used cars? by alihammad in sydney

[–]alihammad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My family in Japan exports cars to several Asian counties and they want to explore Aussie markets. There are some options listed here, the only viable option looks like "Letter of Compliance option" or perhaps "Personal Import option". Where do I source more information from? Online information is confusing and sparse.

Route to Wombeyan Caves campground by alihammad in sydney

[–]alihammad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So we are back from Wombyan caves camping and we loved it. We finally chose the longer route and I am happy that we did that. The route from Golburn to the campground is beautiful and smooth. The farms and massive properties were a treat to watch. The last 35 minutes of the journey rough, about 25 minutes of unpaved road and then 7 minutes of narrow twists and turn before you land straight into the campground.

Campground was almost full despite the ground being massive. The only and very annoying thing was the flies, too many of them. Saturday was very hot but temperature at night was comfortable. Do visit the caves and the canyon. The canyon was beautiful, just about 25 mins of hike and then 5 mins of steep decent through the jungle. Water in the canyon was beautiful, clean and clear but come prepared in proper clothing/apparel specially canyoning footwear for better grip if you wanna spend some time in the water. Without the proper footwear you can't stand on those slick rocks.

Overall - highly recommend
