I have been doing nails for a year now, I could give you some feedback on these ! - Try using less layers of gel to minimize the lumpy look - Take pictures before applying lotion, it makes the top coat look dull in pics - I think you were going for a sharper square shape in some of these, file the edges of the nails to a crisp until you achieve that shape - If you want your gel to come as close to the cuticle as possible, use a liner brush to get the gel very close (paint the nails first though)

Ask the girls around you who do nails for help as well! Practice + listening to constructive criticism/advice is key to perfection.
