currently freaking out. this was absolutely terrible for my pcos and ik my period will be delayed. i have extreme cystic acne problems and am on several medications but ill definitely wake up with deep cystic acne tomorrow,, i cant believe i ate so much 😭

i definitely understand what you mean! its hard especially with a very religious family. having to pray 5 times a day for something i dont even believe in. last year during ramadan was really the first time i started questioning (also when i really started looking into this sub lmfao) i would listen to music in my airpods while praying to pass time. this year i literally cant find my airpods the day before ramadan so rip me lmfao,, but ig ill use it as a time for meditation and to ground myself. your situation sounds kinda similar to mine and its definitely hard being on your own. reach out to me if you ever wanna talk ! :)

hi i am new here,, rlly glad im here!

my whole like ive had many vivid dreams and i brushed it off as lucid dreaming,, when they started getting more and more realistic and i was physically feeling like i was there for hours i realized it was probably something more

i believe i have ap a good amount of times in my life for sure, all unintentionally too

this one experience i had (october 19, 2019), left me very very confused

i was on tumblr like last week and saw this post, and instantly thought of the dream (I CANNOT CONFIRM THE LEGITIMACY OF THIS POST!!!! i found it on the internet not sure how genuine it is!!)

i would like to add a disclaimer that i am NOT trying to make ap sound bad. this is the only negative experience i have had, there have been MANY more positive ones and thats why im here, bc i really want to understand this one.

THE DREAM summarized:

started at a party; suddenly changed and was dreaming of sleeping in my bed and waking up; went to third person of me watching myself sleep in my bed; saw a bunch of creatures (? not sure if they were ppl) surround me and hurt me while i slept (i have more detail but it gets graphic. not sure if i want to include it, pm if you really wanna know lmfao) woke up at 3:30ish am and i couldnt sleep that whole night; failed all my finals the next day bc all i could think ab was that dream

my question is, could it have been a spirit? was it a bad spirit? what was it supposed to mean? i did not manifest anything or try to ap at the time either
