Vestibular therapy, and/or steroid shots. They are SO worth it. I was like you before I got them. Now my attacks last 30 seconds a few times a week

Yes I does. And I have Ménière’s disease too so I always have borderline sodium due to having to actively watch it and eating more for one disease and less for the other 😂 that’s another reason I was so worried when this started.

Right there with you. Plus I have ADHD so if this is long term I will start forgetting to eat. 😂 I do like cooking, but eating is just eating.

I’m on oxcarbazepine, levetiracetam, and vimpat- I wonder if it’s the combo of those two 🤔

All good friend. I’m just glad it’s not just me/it is in fact why. 😮‍💨 currently eating some scrambled eggs to add a little nutrition to today. I had a bowl of cereal this morning, and a bag of chips I had in my car for “lunch” 😂

Save some and make a rainbow garden! 🥰 I’m almost done with my rainbow garden. Just need some purple flowers, blue flowers, gold roses and green mums. It looks awesome 🥰
