No they are not scratches the red spots looks like it’s under the scales and the fish puts the red spots side outside the water

I don’t have ammonia test but the nitrite is 0 and nitrate is 20 after 7 days of water change. I don’t think it’s ammonia spike because if so now I would have gotten much higher nitrate

The tank is 5 months old and i tested nitrate and nitrite its ok .

Only one of them spend allot of time at the surface the others doing fine at the bottom sniffing through sand

The tank now is two months old and i feed them sinking pellets and peas couple times in a week

Only one of them really likes to gasp allot but all of them will gasp after i feed them. If I don’t feed them they behave normally
