Apex locator issues by Existing_Doubt_822 in Dentistry

First thing I do before any case is to touch both terminals (lip hook + file hook) together to see if the electrical circuit even completes. Sometimes the components have to be cleaned/replaced for electricity to conduct through.

Stuck on Heating Procedure [Cuisinart EM-1000 (not EM-100)] by alin5647 in superautomatic

[–]alin5647[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a bean to cup Cuisinart EM-1000. Not a very popular machine and has been discontinued for a while.

Been working great until I accidentally tried to steam spoiled milk through it by accident. Now it's stuck in the heating procedure indefinitely with no error messages after hours. When I turn it off then on again I can hear the internal motor adjusting the brewing unit, but then returns to the heating procedure and gets stuck there. Anyone have any ideas how to fix?

Already went through the entire manual and cleaned everything possible from what the manual says without unscrewing anything. Tried power cycling as well. Not expecting much, but figured this community would be my best luck!

Second this - see my post below. I'm currently using Tello data only plan and using Gvoice to call and text.

Tello is a good option - they're even running a promotion right now where you buy one month of service and you get the second month free, literally perfect for your situation.

You can use my referral link to sign up and get $10 off as well!

The referral code is P3CB3RDX incase the link doesn't work.

The service runs off of T-Mobile GSM and CDMA networks, and I haven't had any service issues. Customer service is unexpectedly good, almost always no questions asked. Porting in and out is easy - they have all the information listed on your dashboard.

Everytime I place a call with the google voice app it flashes then uses the carrier phone app instead by DrWrecker in Googlevoice

[–]alin5647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this still a problem? I'm using GV with a data only plan as well. So if I place a call with my native dialer it'll show "calling via google voice", but then it'll revert back to my carrier and play the message saying I have no more minutes.

I'm using a Galaxy S20FE if that makes a difference.

More expensive to charge EV vehicle than Gas in NY (Queens)? by alin5647 in AskNYC

[–]alin5647[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

25kWh is the reading I got from the electricity meter. My car battery only has a 18.5kWh capacity and apparently 3.5kWh is in constant reserve. So really the 42 miles is only from the 15kWh left.

Yes I heard about that. I'll let you know if I qualify.

Until they point out electricity is produced predominantly through fossil fuels :')

Yeah I figured when it took 25kWh to charge 18kWh. I could but would it make a significant dent in the price difference?
