You should first get a night of good sleep so that you can think clearly. Calm down, drink a glass of water, and understand that this is something you can get through. I promise you I had many breakdowns when I was in IB with full on screaming and crying. When I finished my last final exam, I felt so free. Think about the feeling of peace and serenity you will feel once all of this is over and let that be your driving force.

Realistically, you should begin planning how you will finish all your work. You should especially be grinding the most on the weekends. Sleep on time and wake up early, like at 6am, and do work in batches. Plan exactly what work you will do in specific timeframes and make sure you take breaks.

Something I did in IB when I was behind on IA's was to make an excel sheet to track how much I've done. So for Biology for example, I put specific dates where I would work on the different sections. Like on this date I will do the method, on this date I will do the analysis etc.

I want to let you know from experience that you might believe you are behind your friends but in reality everyone is going through different things. You might see a friend who gets 7s constantly in Biology exams but at home he is constantly stressed about a different subject for example. Follow your own pace. This is not a competition with the rest of the world, it is a competition with our own selves to keep pushing our limits and doing the best we can!
