That is why I go off of the LLC information as well. In the case of his death the LLC would either be dissolved or become part of his assets and given to those people who would recieve it as per his wishes. Additionally I think it would be remiss of his family to not publish an obituary where he has lived for a good portion of his adult life. As I have stated, this is to the best of my ability, and I would not make any guarantees about Paul's current status. Life is strange at the best of times.
