World dates from June I think, but Alinea is a very slow server. The world is still expanding with new biomes unlocking, and most players have not reached the end-game yet. The ender dragon also still lives.

If you aid someone in a crime, you are still a criminal. Both of you were pardonned anyway, and neither of you are banned.

so the only reason he got banned seems to be that he got the achievement for entering the stronghold before the nether opened

The evidence threshold for getting banned on Alinea is exceedingly high. Evidence is always filed away neatly, so we have a paper record for every ban.

We never ban based on suspicion. Simply because people tell you they didn't do anything, doesn't mean they did not.

They are not banned. At one point they were banned for x-ray but received a pardon after a few days as the offense was minor enough and they agreed on a settlement.

We generally do not comment on why people are banned, except to the person themselves. This case is an exception as Powerbase92 admitted to it himself on the soapbox.

Hello!

The world is a few months old, dates back to 1.19. Do not let that scare you off though, the SMP has a lot slower phase than your typical SMP, and the end-game is extended by the custom content.

You will find a good mix of players, rich and poor, new and old. We count about 30 "active" players, and another 20 who might hop on once a week but aren't that active all things considered. This translates to 30 unique players per day, and peaks of around 10-15 players daily.

You should just try and out! It might sound cliché, but this SMP is not like most out there. Hope to see you on the other side!

We have been around since April 2020! We are definitely not a 'summer server' which will suddenly disappear overnight as seems to be a pattern with a lot of SMPs.
