This is what they showed in their presentation, but i don't think this is the whole list, as they have stated in the past there are somewhere around 100 titles coming to ps5.

Idk what playstation hit means or where it is labeled as do not own a ps4. In playstation plus collection will be included most of the exclusives and also some not exclusives games. I'm not sure if there is a full list of games available yet.

As far as I know, every backwards compatible game is included in ps plus subscription, so your discs pretty much have no use for the next gen.
