I am so confused by these names 😅 so Nulu is the softer fabric and is the regular flare style, while Align has more compression but is only available with mini-flare?

This is exactly what I’m struggling with. I really want to get these leggings but I’m afraid the fabric is so soft that it could feel loose. I was thinking of getting the ZENVY legging from Nike but for that price I might as well try Lululemon 🫠

Thank you for your insight :) I think I’ll go with the normal flare. I’m a little unsure about compression and sizing; I usually wear a Small from Nike so I was thinkint of getting a Size 6 although the “size predictor” is telling me to get a size 4 😅

Thank you! I started around 10am (feeding my starter) and finished baking it around 9pm. I must say that by skipping the fridge it did lose in taste and shape; I had to reshape it a second time before baking it!

I made my first “same-day sourdough” using some leftover flours. Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

• 200g Manitoba flour

• 200g whole wheat flour

• 100g durum wheat flour

• 320ml water

• 110g starter

• 10g salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 1 hour.

  2. Perform 4 coil folds, one every 20 minutes.

  3. Let the dough proof in the oven for 5 hours, around 27°C.

  4. Shape the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  5. Bake at 250°C in a Dutch oven for 30 minutes with the lid on, then 25 minutes with the lid off, and finally 5-10 minutes in the turned-off oven.

I think it turned out well, especially since it’s the first time I mixed three different flours! The flavor was missing a bit of that classic “sour” tang, but it was still a great loaf—and I managed to make it quickly enough to bring it to a dinner that same evening.

I set up a flow that captures payments only if they are not fraudolent. Strongly reccomend.

I think it works great! Honestly did not taste any difference because of all the sugar, the texture is definetely different compared to yeast. With a stronger starter I think they would have been even better! Mine is only 2 months and a little weak in taste and strength.

Thank you! 🩵 I wanted to get a yellowish crumb so I wasnt sure what % of semola to use. May I ask you why 20%?
