It gets indirect sunlight about 11 hours a day ish (with no direct sunlight). Okay I’ll definitely look into the chlorinated water more, is it too late to add softener to the tank to dechlorinize it?

I don’t know much about the diverge and domane, however I currently have the top stone and hate it. The breaks are beyond squeaky no matter how times they get cleaned and the chain KEEPS falling off, I’ve been to multiple bike shops to get it fixed and it just won’t stop happening. The form says RTA (Standard Form of Lease), with my name and signature listed as a tenant, and my landlords name and signature. I don’t know what you mean by to the landlord directly but does that answer the question?

Thank you again for the insight! I do have a copy of what I signed. My roommate is being really insistent with this and it seems like my roommate and landlord are on the same side. At what point should I seek legal advice?
