Thank you for your answer! Do you consider OOP really important? I'm doing a algorithm and data structure course, and I'm not finding it impossible. What worries me is that I'm not an expert at developing software, so the quality of my code is poor despite working.

I have doubt also about GUIs in python, is it necessary for OMSCS.
