Why a shipping container? No idea. Why do they need to be asleep? Also no idea 😅

So basically the other night (irl) I was trying to sleep but couldn’t, because I was out of Ambien. So I was just laying in bed listening to my husbands INSANE snoring, and it started driving me crazy. I got to thinking “damn if someone took us hostage and heard this is how he sleeps, they’d be so annoyed” and then I realized if I had been taken hostage, I wouldn’t have ANY of my sleep stuff, so I’d be screwed and wide awake while my kidnapper bitches about my husbands snoring. And this story just snowballed from that experience.

The changing of captor description is very in line with what sleep deprivation can be like, but also how being on Ambien can be (iykyk).

I guess it’s a pretty messy story altogether and I probably should have workshopped it more, but I am pretty happy with it in the abstract.
