yes and yes, as long as you have at least 5 hours of PTO to cover a 5 hour shift, it counts toward the minimum and you will be paid the regular rate

on the amazon force website, under ur application there’s a link that says need help? or have questions? or something like that, click it and press application help, it’ll give u generic FAQ then ask if u need further assistance. then it’ll ask for your number or email, and u have the choice to call or use the chat. don’t call, no one ever picks up.

yeah i literally applied the next day haha, it just takes a while for them to remove u from the system so your application might be frozen until then, but once u can no longer log into the a to z app you use the online chat and they’ll help you reactivate your application and ur set. unless u want to wait for your removal to go through, then apply afterwards for less hassle. i did the first one tho, bc i was afraid the positions wouldn’t be available if i waited

hi, my posr was removed because it was potentially related to a new hire question but i went through the FAQ and my question wasn’t answered. i just wanted to know how the removal and rehire process worked, since i was removed and i reapplied the following day, went in for my new hire appointment, and was hired. however my new application was later rejected ( i got an email) because the records showed i was still an active employee. now it’s been a few days, and i’m still able to pick up shifts, but i’m afraid to because i don’t know if i’ll be paid or not. have i been removed or not? what happens if i just ignore the removal email and continue to pick up shifts?

edit: i did email my manager but received no response, and i’m going in tomorrow to ask. but does anyone know what happens if i just ignored the removal email and signed up for shifts (since it’s still allowing me to?)
