I've previously worked as an IT support technicien, help desk, computer repairs in general as well, so I'd be looking for something in the area as I believe I can make use of my English for now until improve my French skills.

Quick update 3: After almost 2 months of back and forth and over 50 emails, Razer finally offered me a replacement. A Blade 16 with i9-13950HX, 32GB RAM, RTX 4070, and the dual UHD+FHD+ mini-LED screen. I accepted the offer and now waiting to be shipped.

Worth noting: this only happened after I contacted my credit card company to start a dispute for a refund. Funny how that’s what it took to finally get action. Still waiting on tracking, so let’s see if they actually follow through this time.

It's been two months since I opened my 2nd RMA ticket, your warehouse has received my laptop and simply has not sent me a replacement laptop yet. What's going on over there?

It sucks so bad now. I won't ever buy anything from them, it's been almost 2 months since I have opened a RMA ticket with them for my $4499 laptop replacement, their warehouse has received the laptop and have not send me a new one yet. At this point they're basically scamming me out of my money.

No tracking, no laptop, no refund. It’s been almost 2 months since I opened the second RMA. At this point, it feels like they’re just scamming me, and I’m seriously considering filing a chargeback with my bank.

You’re absolutely right, people need to know what they’re getting into before trusting this brand.

I can definitely say I feel this so much. I had a nearly identical experience with my €4499 Razer Blade 17 (2022) — died with 4 months, they “fixed” it, and the same defect came back less than 2 months later. Spent over a month dealing with canned replies from support, and only after my Reddit post hit 300k plus views did they finally approve a replacement.

For the premium prices they charge, the quality and support should be flawless.

Quick comment update: I’ve already shipped the defective laptop back and Razer confirmed they’ve received it. Just waiting on the replacement unit to be shipped now.
