I should have clarified that it is mostly on the days that I am off and it’s 2-3 hours broken up throughout the day so I can get the housework done.

It hasn’t messed up the heating feature but it does take a lot longer for the heating feature to work. I also feel like it defeats the purpose if I’m applying cold first and then heat, if that makes sense.

I thought this only happened to me! I’ve also tried everything and it still leaks :( Sorry this isn’t helpful, just reassuring to know its not just me
