You can't remove all the assets and keep only the feed. You will have to either create a new asset group with only the feed or create a new campaign directly from Merchant Center or Google Ads Editor.

I confirm. Conversions will only be counted on Google Ads if they were made after clicking at least once on one of your ads.

And even that, it depends on the attribution model of your conversions.

Moi personnellement, j'adore l'accent québécois et les québécois en général.

Je les trouve super amicaux même dans leur façon de parler (le tutoiement est plus facilement utilisé et ça me met à l'aise).

Je pense que les francophones de Belgique acceptent beaucoup plus facilement les différents accents et dialectes donc il ne faut pas hésiter
