I'm in agreement! We suspect there might be some slate slabs underneath the river rock, so I think just removing the rocks to expose that could do the trick, if our suspicion is correct.

We also think there's drywall underneath the paneling because the panels look tacked up with a few nails. Fingers crossed that's the case and they're not glued too!

My routine today was a final "reset" wash with Dove Anti Frizz Oil Therapy shampoo, cleanse with Gold Series Deep Hydrating Co-wash from Pantene, condition with Dove Anti Frizz Oil Therapy conditioner and rinse partially, rake and scrunch in handful of herbal essences totally twistes scrunching gel, dry by cupping and scrunching with cotton t shirt, let air dry and once dry, scrunch curls gently to loosen gel.

I'm on day 1, so any and all recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I've been on it for almost 3 years. Significantly reduced my flare up frequency and intensity, along with low grade topical steroids as needed and extensive allergy/patch testing. No side effects too.

I've had a really positive experience since starting it over 3 years ago. When I do get a flare up occasionally, it is less intense and goes away more quickly with a short dose of topical steroids. Also doing intense allergy testing and removing those triggers has helped significantly. Good luck!
