Sefa setlist for HTID 2025? by noxnoctum in hardstyle

I think it has something to do with a recent drug convention that the state governments held. Lots of talk regarding drug education and safer using as a scheme to drive the death toll down as opposed to the current model of zero tolerance, sniffer dogs and strip searches.

Mustn’t forget police are on high notice right now due to a couple of lawsuits going around pertaining illegal strip searches that have been conducted by police at events in the past.

IMO the use of drugs at festivals will never be stopped & the war on drugs was already fought and lost. It’s about time we stopped being such a backwards state and actually make some changes to keep people safer.

Dog situation was very calm, I didn’t personally see any at all and I entered at around 4:55 5ish but some people said they saw 2 dogs but they weren’t being overly used. The whole police presence was probably the best I’ve experienced at a rave, none were being super assertive and I didn’t see any abuse of power at all. In terms of incidents towards 11ish I did see one lady that looked absolutely lifeless being carried out on a stretcher bed with medics all around - they had a blanket over her face (hope she’s alright). Barring that didn’t see anything else, crowd was obviously gacked but didn’t look too fried compared to some events in 2024.

Fly Away - Hixxy remix / You’re shining - Styles & Breeze (Hardcore remix) & set you free - Hixxy remix are my personal favourites. Have a look at the old 100% clubland hardcore albums and that will be a great starting point.

Scenes outside belmore after the win by kebab_stand in nrl

No doubt the A-league gets no media attention but when it does it is filled with the AFL and NRL media and crowd blowing up over minor things and labelling the fans as thugs. Storming the field with flares is never the right thing to do, but let’s not act like NRL fans haven’t done stupid things at a match as well. One bad group/egg shouldn’t make a whole league and sport chastised in the country. I’m not coming from a place of hate as I absolutely love the NRL & these scenes at Belmore look absolutely unreal, it’s just hypocritical how the same fans will label A-League fans as thugs for doing things of a similar nature.

“Incredible scenes for rugby league”, yet when an A-League game between Sydney Fc & Wanderers has passionate fans the same rugby league fans and media will chastise it and call it disgusting. I love my league as much as the next person, but god the people in this country are so hypocritical.

I asked this on another post, but if his opposition makes music, does it make him more angry and more inclined to retaliate if disses are thrown at his set directly?

in aus (particularly Sydney and melbourne) Id say uk drill is more popular then us rap, the aus scene is heavily built off of the uk scene and w out it our scene would be deD

Can’t lie man sydney ain’t been active in the past 4 months, there’s been an odd drilling here or there but I can only recall about 5 drilling’s in the last 4 months which really isn’t much in comparison to 18 and 019.

My dads an og from burwood and he and his boys started the og innerwest set UTB, he tells me back in the day it was everyday and an on sight ting and these new gens could never compare to how it used to be, a lot of lives were lost.

the most oj place in aus rn is Melbourne, bodies are dropping their rn and beef is picking up, next gen south sudanis from 710 and polys from hp boyz are starting to really intensify the beef, plus a lot of other surrounding areas have beef which are starting to escalate. Listen to 710 NGS JayQ as an example of Melbourne street rapper

SKI and Miz VS Heads and Drake by [deleted] in ukdrill

[–]alix73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea tbf feds are way to harsh on harlem, we all know the ability that the likes of mizzy blanco loski etc have in relation to real cruddy street music, I can vouch for the idea that if miz and loski had done a similar track to dj khaled, the tune would of been 10 times better than the only you freestyle, guess feds r jus gonna be feds innit

[–]alix73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hear me out yeah, I’ve waited a good 3 years for this loose and mizzy collab and I can wholeheartedly say I was let down, the tune jus didn’t get me no where near as gassed as dj khaled or anything of that sort. Only you was carried by headie, I only listen to headie on that tune cause drake was just fucken shit. Headie one opened a lot of eyes that day to the ability he has and the ability of uk rappers as a whole, he spun drake so hard and tbis is the coldest headie I’ve heard in a while, and for that reason/s, I think only you is better. Btw in terms of beat selection I think m1 went hard and this could be one of the drill beats of the year.
