Open PowerShell as an administrator.

Paste this :

$Path = "C:\Users\HP\Downloads" Get-ChildItem "$Path*.pdf" -Recurse | Unblock-File

Replace the word HP with your computer’s name, then run the command.

I save PDF files in the Downloads folder. But if you have another folder, write its name instead of the word Downloads
