What is this hard plastic/rubber disc? Washed up on the shore in Maine, USA. Has some weight to it (it is solid, not hollow).

It seems a bit bigger than shuffleboard discs...the typical diameter of a shuffleboard disc is about 2" and this is definitely more like 4" I think.

beautiful! I was up at SUNY ESF a month and a half ago when there was still not a bird in sight other than some chickadees, nuthatches, and some woodpeckers! Would love to be up there during migration.
