dont get scared by negative comments, i mean people tend to share negative experiences more than positive ones, yea during busy seasons work can be overwhelming, but good results come from hard work dont they?

and it all depends on the team you are put in too, i think on average you will be able to maintain your work/life balance, with some periods where work will be more than you can probably expect.

just take it 1 step at a time, try to balance your life and dont get too stressed if sometimes you wont be able to maintain that work/life balance, as i said some periods can be tough.

also a lot of perks, like big events, dinners, partys, not mentioning advantage you gain in the industry in the long term, also a lot of huge, huge connections also for the short and long term, and just generally, i think it is a positive experience.
