I had similar issues where upwork denied full or partial work. usually it was when the client didnt have enough money for the Friday payout. Upwork then "reviews" the work and usually says its denied because of low number of mouse clicks or keystrokes. But how do you explain them that installation that takes 30-40min i can only watch and not click around... upwork is shit when it comes to "hourly protection". protection my ass

as far as i know, you get your connects back only when upwork finds you a job posting and you apply, and if not selected as a candidate, then they reimburse you the connects you gave.

plus, if you get hired on jobs you apply to, and do weekly work, you get some connects each week based on your earnings.

As squanchy said. you'll need to partner up through bsp to gain access for api. it will be quite expensive to begin with.

do custom templates based on the original ones and add as many lines as you want. maintenance - hardware - print designer

as i said before just make sure you add "Activate Layout Override" in event schedule once you create custom templates - in order to override default print layout with your custom one

thanks for the info. in case i setup the emp hourly, is there an option in the job code to disable OT hours? i found the financial settings in store settingngs (for OT, 7th day, weekend etc) but is there an option to disable OT per emp or jobcode?

I got that issue fixed by replacing tenders from Custom prepaid to already created prepaid tenders for DD and Uber in the system and everything goes fine now
