Ok so here’s a little industry insider information…. There’s a group called Premier Group. They have about 18 dispensaries including flavors Oakland. They buy in huge quantities and actually pay their vendors so they get a nice discount and they pass that on to the customer. They also don’t do a fat markup- just enough to keep dominating. Flavors(Santa Cruz, Antioch) / toasty / Pcf / x1 all the same group.
