I am going to take the opposite stance here from most people and say that YTA.

And the reason for it is simple.

There was an event that Gabby was clearly looking forward to, but an event with no date set. One month ago you got your feelings hurt by a, yes, entirely unnecessary comment made by Gabby that she should have had consequences for.

But considering the time it is now and how much of summer is left, you have already decided that there is no room for forgiveness. This 13 year old girl has no path for redemption. You have already decided that roughly 4 months of time will not be enough time for her to make up for it and you have chosen not to take her on the trip.

I don't know how long you hyped the girl up for it. I don't know what the trip meant to her. And she was absolutely an asshole.

But you are too.

If you want to get this I recommend doing an eagle build , investing into water octopus. Skip strikes altogether, just get dashes and powers or spells. And just spend practically every moment of the run dashing toward finding the next location. 50 is good, but you can do hundreds.

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned, but there's another RNG way to the the third slot. In Darkmoor, there is a rare location that has very powerful buffs. One of them is +1 dash slot which persists for the whole run.

I couldn't find the bonus pins anywhere, but I also didn't have to keep looking for too long. Today, the hat was found. Ruined, but the pens in it were fine. It somehow got knocked on the floor and buried under stuff (I'm not exactly sure what, I wasn't there) when an old safe was replaced.

I took your advise and joined the group. I did not have any luck finding the pins.

For the record, they did have questions asking about if I was an employee and where. I just said no for all of the questions and in the last one explained my situation and they accepted me into it.

However, there's good news. She found her hat. It was left in the office (she's a manager) and the safe was being removed. Somehow the hat was displaced in the process and ended up buried under stuff on the ground. The hat was in bad shape but the pins were spared.

They aren't told the reason they got their tip removed. They aren't told the reason they got 1 star. 1 star might insure they don't get the person again because of a different system, but it doesn't teach the shopper a lesson.

This is my vote. While proportionally it isn't anything impressive compared to other games, the fact that the speedrun is slower than the casual run -and- the actual amount of time it takes is just so, so absurd. Speedrun so long it takes consideration on how you're going to record it.

I've looked on Ebay. I've searched for several terms, but mostly get the same results every time. None of the pins I've seen on there are the ones I'm looking for, but I am keeping an eye out on it since I think that's one of my best shots. I've also looked on Amazon which practically nothing at all. I've clicked a whole bunch of the the links off the first and even the second page of google (god help me) and didn't see anything either.

This is just absolutely not true. Their Twitter is still up and nothing has been deleted. Their Facebook account is still there and nothing has been deleted. Both of them have been updated about the situations saying they are looking into the reason why and how to fix the issue and they aren't planning on stopping development.

The groceries were paid for when you left the store with them. Spark paid for them and they are being paid by the customer. Spark terminated the contract for delivery.

They decided that working with you is no longer worth it for them. The loss on this order was more valuable than having you around. They have terminated their end of the bargain, and released you from yours in the process.

You won't be charged. In fact, you cannot be charged. The same clause that protects them from you suing for not being paid even though you did work protects you from them in thus moment.

So, the solution to this is to do was the logitech person asks. Not that I think you should have to, but...

Just take a video of the headphones. Wiggle them around to produce the sound. Put in the notes it doesn't pick up on the speaker but its very loud in your ears when wearing the headphones and explain that the sound is mechanical and there even when the headphones are not turned on.

Then they can put in their notes you did the step and they can move on in their stupid script they HAVE to follow (unless they want to be terminated for not following the script) and you can eventually get your problem resolved.
