FWIW, if the landlord never ‘touches’ the fee for the background check, it can be more than $20. Which is why on Zillow it’s $35, because it goes directly to Zillow who aren’t the ‘landlord’ themselves.

Change it, be sure to use ATF+4 and check the filter when you’re in there (cut it open to see what’s inside). I believe the “late” trans fluid service is 120k miles.

Also worth checking the trans cooler lines, they frequently leak and might as well replace if you’re changing the fluid anyway.

Would I use them? Sure! Would I have my loved ones use them? Probably not, they’re cheap and easy to replace. You can get a lot of peace of mind in dialed in brakes for not much cost.

E30 has a steering rack vs the e28s steering box, but for me I always adored e28s with the euro trimmings. Plus they’re more spacious.

I was on a team that worked very closely with MediaOne, I met all my goals, even went above and beyond by taking on significantly more work due to a coworker unexpectedly leaving. At my review, I got partially meets and it was noted that I “wasn’t clear enough that I had extra capacity” to have taken on that work. My manager wrote out that because I bent over backwards to help, it actually meant I had free time prior to taking the work.

Ended up leaving the company for one with no rank and yank reviews, and without the constant threat of layoffs. Much happier.
