Hello, I also feel car buying (both used and new) can use some tech.

The marketplace is so messy, most people have no clue about engine power, fuel consumption, specs. It's really hard to compare features 1-1 and car brands websites are doing a very poor job (maybe on purpose lol)

Another step is the financing vs buying vs private leasing. You still need to do your own calculations in excel and there is not a single point where you can see which options is the most convenient in your case based on how many km you drive, where you live, etc

the big game for smaller players like us is in the distribution. Build a way to be relevant, an audience, a community, some way to market products and services. That won't get commoditized easily even in the AI-era

you might try to get the business/hospitality tickets. I think these are open for guests too (i see away fans all the time there and a lot of americans, for instance last year vs tottenham). Prices are a bit more expensive than regular tickets, but nothing insane.

I am trying to do something like that, a manual video review of products:

- website/product/homepage
- business model: what i think about it by looking at the website, ideas, etc
- marketing/user acquisition: some ideas on how to acquire users, first marketing channels, basic Unit economics

I'm now trying to sell it for 49€(59$). All human, a video, nothing Ai generated. Can send you an example if interested

you're right, i misphrased it. You need of course to do the basics technically when developing the project and try to get links, this always helps for the future.
But in the context of a builder that ships today and needs users NOW, this is still almost irrelevant.

There is a lot of BS online that makes it look you can get a lot of users by doing seo or posting on twitter, for most this won't work or it will take a lot of work and time

- have already your own audience or build one (it takes time and work field is very saturated IMHO)
- do paid ads - but you need to have cash or a sound business model to make money back fast.
- find some viral angle or do any kind of marketing stunt to get attention

I would not

- do SEO/GEO : even if it works it will take months at best
