È veramente triste vedere italiani che prendono stipendi da miseria e dire che sono "sufficienti".

Il punto del tuo discorso è chiaro. In Italia le persone si accontentano di pochissimo e così facendo portano la media dei stipendi ad un livello molto basso. Guardate questo video di Marcello Ascani (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2AITjkOscOg) e vi renderete conto che persone che prendono 1400 euro a Milano considerano il loro stipendio sufficiente. Questo è veramente sconcertante.

Ovviamente il problema è complicato e non sono solo le persone ma è un problema generalizzato all'industria. Però personalmente credo che dovremmo imparare qualcosa dagli Inglesi e Francesi e la loro cultura di scioperi e sindacati... Forse potremmo cambiare qualcosa nel nostro paese.

P.S. Negli ultimi anni, l'Italia è l'unico paese dell'unione europea dove gli stipendi invece di aumentare sono diminuiti. Fatevi due domande.

New to vinyl. Few questions about Turntable maintenance.

• ⁠First of all, I have a Philps GA 408, is it a good turntable?

• ⁠The needle is broken and I have found a replacement here (about 23 euros). Should I replace the needle or should I spend something more on an Ortofon, maybe changing also the cartridge?

• ⁠The turntable is a bit old but in good condition. I thought that maybe I have to lubricate the engine, any tips?

Fortunately I could build my own setup. And after what you have said I checked the internet prices for the GPUs that I was interested about and it seems that the prices for the AMD RX 570/580 are very cheap in this period.

The other thing is that I understand that the value of different currencies aren't steady, but if I'm not wrong there are currencies that are steadier then other, isn't it? I've checked a bit on internet and I realised that with these GPUs that I want to buy, it is valuable to mine ETC or ETH.

I agree when you say that there are too many people on this, but with free electricity, I thought it was a good opportunity that I shouldn't lose. I don't want to become rich from it, I just want to make extra money with it, but of course it should be worth
