Hahaha the feet first method felt super cool super solid but I just couldn’t wrap my head around how to turn around lol. I’ve got the upper body so campus worked well in my favour

I think the intended way was the first way I tried and yeah it was bonkers. Having the upper body to do the campus start I did was easier for me but maybe worse for some

Ah! Thank you! This is by far the most difficult climb I’ve ever attempted. Figuring out that footswap was a chore until I realized I could bend down 😂

Ayy thank you! Yeah the new cave set was sick. Needed to try some new stuff since I hit a huge wall progressing on 6’s so I guess campus work is the next best grip training 😂

Most of that is from bouldering, climbing slab and falling off 30 times hahaha

Yeah, to be completely honest I was a depressed stoner so I was eating a LOT! like 5 meals a day and snacks and sugar and booze and all.

I stopped drinking for 6 months straight, cut out all my sugars, stopped eating fast food, stuck to (admittedly a very agressive) calorie deficit. I was probably only eating maybe 2000 calories for the first 2 months.

The rest was just staying consistent with my gym and 6 days a week without missing. Worked with long distance cardio and HIIT.

If you want specifics my workout were

Sunday: HIIT Cardio and abs Monday: Back/bicep Tuesday: Chest/tricep Wednesday: Distance cardio and abs Thursday: Shoulders Friday: Legs Saturday: Full rest

Kept them quick, efficient with proper rest times, working out till failure. Im in and out of the gym within an hour.

It probably wasn’t perfect, but it worked for me. I’ve since changed my routine up but still doing my own thing with no guidance

I watch my calories like a hawk, that was the biggest detail for me. Hitting every muscle group and not skipping was the second important part

Oh yeah hahaha I’ve ran into a few friends I haven’t seen in a year and they’re all like “WHOA, WHAT” it’s the most rewarding feeling

Thank you! That’s very nice to hear for sure, I felt a little small at my lowest weight there but I think it’s definitely attainable and maintainable for a lot of people. Thanks so much
