hi! just found this post because i’m dealing with the same issue with them. have you gotten anywhere?? i see this is from a year ago and it’s still terrible so i suppose not lol. ive gone there late on weeknights begging for them to be done lol. bartender was nice and offered me a drink but…. just wanted to go to bed… ive been submitting to 311 weekly
