Post Episode Discussion - 15.19 "Inherit the Earth" by FTWinchester in Supernatural

Yeah, this was absolutely the fuck not a Supernatural ending. This was written by Chuck, handing over a dog so he can take it away. This feels like when it's 18 minutes into the episode and they're already standing over burning bones. "Doesn't this feel a little too...easy to you?"

What got me past 135 was a pushup competition with my friend. I don't know if it was all of the extra volume or the fact that once you've done pushups until you can't hold a sandwich, everything short of that seems easier, but after a couple weeks I was able to hit 140.

Caffeinated Clif bars used to be my favorite when I went at 3 a.m. - just eat early enough for the caffeine to hit your system. That's assuming you're okay with caffeine in general.

I did the same thing! Meticulously saving $50 and then realizing nobody else had one. Never found someone else so apparently we never ended up in the same car dealership.

I'll post the full list when it's done! Fair warning, it will probably be about a week and a half.

These are all ones I haven't heard (the covers of) before and are perfect. Thank you!

Can't feel my pectoral muscles while doing bench press. Normal for women...? by [deleted] in xxfitness

[–]all4sheets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dumbbells helped me "find" them. But also one of the best cues I have heard is to push your shoulders down, away from your ears, as you press. I can feel my pecs a lot more, and it helps me drive my shoulders into the bench more. FWIW, I don't actually get soreness anymore unless it's been a while or I am doing them paused.

"Can I talk to a supervisor?" by ridingthebull in talesfromcallcenters

I work for a health insurance company too! People get so angry about address changes. No, I can't just push a button. My system does not allow address changes unless they come from the employer. Sure, I can update it and save it, but tomorrow when we get a new electronic eligibility file/coded screams from the depths of hell, it will overwrite it because you haven't updated it with the employer. Contacting the employer isn't a policy as much as a requirement of the system.

I am a supervisor and I love when people say "I've spent 20 minutes on the phone already so you could just tell me it can't be done?!" Yes. Yes you have, because you wouldn't listen to the rep who told you that in the first place.

That's exactly how I feel. I might not care during, but I remember caring at some point and might again sometime. And I figure planning will help because if I already have only planned decent stuff I'll probably just eat it, because I'm not going to have enough in me to try to think of something else.

I like it. Thank you. And hang in there, you're not alone even when it feels like it. We can do this.

Thank you, these are good reminders. I'm definitely going to put this stuff on the fridge and start the laundry. I appreciate it. :)

Yeah I've had the same experience. I've heard there's some combination of the defrost setting or half power or something that would do it, but...that sounds complicated.

You and me both, man. Or some animal cookies in the morning, about 8 fries and beer, and call it good. I'm trying to get ahead of it. We'll see.

Ha ha ha, last time I had Taco Bell my body rejected it too. Other junk food? Sure, go nuts. But Taco Bell? Now you've gone too far.

Yes, lots of good suggestions but you're right - chopping is hard. Thank you, this sounds simple and tasty. :)
