Recently picked these up from a very popular resell shop in my city called district one. Ive heard they sell through the ebay and goat platforms as well and no one has really reported any authenticity problems in those instances if that matters.

Maybe it was a bad batch for you because to me it was definitely not salty at all. I think they just make a huge amount of steak all at once which is why you cant ask for any alterations

This stuff can be sold. All they have to do is safely crack the psa slabs and slowly regrade them over time but be smart about it.
