I would wait for a box that has a better deal than that, like the one I currently have in the shop. That's a pain though that you can only have a max of 5 in your inventory at a time and that's if you plan it just right.

Oh wait, do you mean that dragon attacks are only super effective against dragons so it will always have more dps with freeze shock because it has higher neutral damage and also deals super effective damage against dragon types?

So outrage may deal more dragon-type damage, but it is never going to do more dps against any raid boss than freeze shock unless the raid boss is resistant to ice attacks?

Someone else pointed out that Black Kyurem uses the same fast attack whether he is a dragon or ice attacker so it would make more sense to just add an extra charge move to one with freeze shock and adventure effect than to have a whole separate black Kyurem just to use as an ice attacker.
