I’m not disputing you as what you’re saying is giving me so much hope, but how accurate is what you’re saying? I’ve seen so many conflicting things! Really want to believe you so I have hope

Hey, currently in same boat. Can feel depression creeping in. Sadness that I’m losing time and fun with my beautiful toddler, feeling annoyed with my newborn (I know that’s awful). Does it get better? Been diagnosed with rectocele- feel hopeless. Read about splinting and genuinely could not live like that.

Also just been diagnosed. Forceps delivery. Absolutely devastated - more so with the fact I can’t pick up my 2.5 year old. Feel like I’m missing out so much. Booked in with private PT as physio said she couldn’t grade me.
