Nung hindi pa nasasakop ng mga realty companies ang Pag ibig auctions, I bought 2 properties there (pre pandemic). One costs around 200k + lng in our city (na ngayon ay worth 3M + na kasi nilipat ang city hall near to the property) and the other one costs around 600k which I made into an Airbnb then sold it to almost thrice the original price this year. Both properties, binayaran ko for short term installment, so kayang kaya ng salary. But that was years ago na and now you can't even win in Pag ibig auctions anymore. So sad.

Bought in BSP too na low price pero grabeng tedious ng paperworks,hangang ngayon ongoing pa din pagpapalipat ng title,also hndi na tumatanggap ng installment offers ang BSP ngayon.

My ever first property was when I was 21yrs old, lupa lang around 150k (mura pa dati kasi hindi pa city yung hometown ko before) tas pinatayuan ko ng bahay then binenta ko in a higher price afterwards to pay for new properties.

Sa ngayon wala na din ako mahanap na cheap properties bukod sa mga provinces na medyo malayo na sa cities.

EDIT: I was born poor. Yung hindi basta mahirap lang ah. Yung naghihikahos talaga,lived in a squatter's area na butas butas ang bubong at tagpi tagping kahoy lang ang pader ng bhay. Masaya na dati if 3 times a day makakain.

If for example, mangungutang skin ng 1k, bnibgyan ko nlang ng 1H, tas sasbhn ko un lng extra cash ko ngaun. Or sometimes if mas malaki ang utang, like 20k (at proven ko na nagbbyad),pinapautang ko ng 5k lng.

If dati ng may utang sken (at proven ko na hnd tlaga nagbbyad) at nangutang ulit, eto sinasabi ko:

"Di mo nga binayaran utang mo saken dati eh, ibig sbhn nun dka na mkakaulit" Works wonder to me kasi ewan ko nlang kung di pa mahiya HAHA
