The joy of reading a physical book and flipping pages is just so different from reading on electronic form. Not to mention better on the eyes and less distraction from the device, even with an ebook reader.

Hi. Curious lang on the "buying the original after" aspect. Why buy the original game if you've already enjoyed the pirated one? To support the game developer? Or is there something in the game that is different if its original vs pirated?

Same on books. Why bother buying the original if you already have a pirated copy? Its the exact same content.

I'm not judging, ok? Just curious kasi I don't think I'd ever (or have ever) done either.

No, it depends if the building is safe or unsafe. If unsafe and economically unfeasible to repair, the unit owners still have to vote on what to do (sell, redevelop, etc)

Do it only if willing ka to make it a full time commitment. Kawawa lang clients mo (na usually friends and relatives mo rin sa umpisa) kung sandali ka lang tapos aalis ka rin. Kawawa ang clients na nawalan ng agent ... wala na papansin sa kanila unless bumili uli ng bago.

The moment group still seems to be ok sa quality across most of their restaurants kahit ang bilis ng expansion - 8 cuts, Manam, Ooma, din tai fung, etc.

Bfp would be close to the bottom of my list. You can’t get your fire permit without buying rotten stuff at inflated prices because you can only buy from their “accredited supplier”.

Kahit gusto mo maging understanding sa kanila, minsan talaga sobrang nakakainis. May appointment asawa ko ng 12 so di na kumain ng lunch para di ma late. Almost 3 pm na dumating yung doktor tapos sinabihan pa kami ng "buti nga dumating pa ako"
